Refund policy
Dahlia Jewel Co does not allow returns, refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. Please chose items carefully and read the full description of the products you intend to purchase.
Dahlia Jewel Co unfortunately cannot return earrings of any style due to hygiene reasons.
Dahlia Jewel Co does not accept returns on sale items (items purchased at a discount) or gift cards.
Should an item unfortunately be faulty, we will of course accept a request for a return, exchange, or refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@dahliajewelco.com. From there we can arrange the return shipping to the assigned address at the time of the return.
To be eligible for a return, you will need the receipt for proof of purchase.
Please detail in the email why the item may be faulty and if possible, please provide pictures.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and faulty items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We do our best to pack each item carefully by hand but understand that sometimes through human error or manufacturing errors, a faulty item may unfortunately slip through. Please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted we can allocate you a store credit to purchase a new item. Please note that exchanges are only accepted for faulty items.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
